Calls and puts
The percentages are shares of premium on the trades shown. Calls can be bought or sold; either contract can be part of a hedge or a spread. The split is not a directional forecast.
Sweep / non-sweep
A sweep is identified as such in the source alert. A non-sweep alert does not by itself prove a negotiated block trade.
Open interest (OI)
Outstanding contracts reported before the trade. Size above OI cannot confirm opening versus closing activity.
Execution at bid / ask
