LifeMD, Inc. (LFMD) fell 8.401% in the fifteen minutes after cutting its full-year 2026 guidance. Revenue is now expected to be $205.5-212.5 million, down from a prior $220-230 million range and below the $222.05 million analysts had modeled. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was also cut, to a range of negative $6.0 million to breakeven.
LifeMD is a direct-to-patient telehealth company with an in-house affiliated pharmacy, covering primary care, men's and women's health, weight management, and hormone therapy. The guidance cut is tied specifically to a transition from compounded to branded GLP-1 weight-loss drugs: new pricing and packaging decisions reduced how much revenue the company recognizes upfront, customer acquisition costs rose, and cash collected from lower-priced introductory offers came in lower than planned. CEO Justin Schreiber said Q2 revenue of $47.3 million came in within the company's own guidance and that adjusted EBITDA improved sequentially, and that the company has taken steps to improve performance in the second half of the year. One encouraging sign: the share of new weight-management patients choosing multi-month packages rose from roughly 25% to roughly 85% after the pricing changes took effect.
LifeMD is also absorbing $2-3 million in 2026 launch costs for XYOSTED, a once-weekly testosterone auto-injector co-marketed exclusively with Halozyme's Antares Pharma unit. The company still targets an annualized revenue run-rate of roughly $250 million and annualized adjusted EBITDA of about $22 million, before XYOSTED costs, by the fourth quarter of 2026.
