  • EPAM Systems is down sharply today, deepening its post-earnings decline.
  • The company beat Q2 2026 EPS ($3.38 vs $3.14 est) and revenue ($1.42B vs $1.41B est) estimates.
  • Full-year 2026 revenue growth guidance was cut to 3.2%-4.2% from a prior 4.0%-6.5%, and Q3 guidance implies only about 1.7% year-over-year growth.

EPAM Systems shares remain sharply lower today, deepening the decline that began with this morning's second-quarter 2026 earnings report. The IT consulting and software engineering company beat estimates on both headline numbers — adjusted EPS of $3.38 versus $3.14 expected, and revenue of $1.42 billion versus $1.41 billion expected — but cut its full-year revenue growth guidance to a range of 3.2% to 4.2%, down from a prior 4.0% to 6.5%. Third-quarter guidance implies growth of only about 1.7% year over year at the midpoint.

The release also disclosed a sharp decline in cash on hand: cash and equivalents fell roughly $507 million, nearly 39%, to $794 million as of June 30, 2026, with operating cash flow negative for the first half of the year. A large cash decline paired with negative operating cash flow raises liquidity and capital-allocation questions distinct from the growth slowdown alone, giving investors two separate reasons to keep selling even as the deceleration story gets priced in.
